New shingles, flashing, ridge vent, pipe boots — then a full magnet sweep before we leave.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are torn off and re-roofed in 1–2 days. Larger or complex roofs can take 3 days. We schedule around the weather and never leave a home exposed overnight.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We document everything, meet your adjuster on-site, and work directly with your insurer. Most customers only pay their deductible.
What shingle brands do you install?
GAF Timberline, Owens Corning Duration, and CertainTeed Landmark are our standards. All are architectural shingles rated for 110+ mph winds.
Do I have to be home during the install?
No. We just ask that vehicles are moved from the driveway and fragile items are taken off walls near work areas.
Do you offer financing?
