Roofing Insurance Claims — Handled For You
Roof insurance claims are complicated on purpose. We've filed hundreds of them and know the language, the process, and how to make sure your damage is properly recognized. Most of our storm-claim customers only pay their deductible.
Why claims get denied or underpaid
Insurance companies have every incentive to minimize payouts. Without a contractor advocating for you, real damage often gets missed or downplayed at the adjuster meeting.
- Adjuster missed hail strikes or wind lift damage
- Scope written for repair when full replacement is warranted
- Depreciation applied incorrectly on ACV vs RCV policies
- Match issues for discontinued shingles ignored
- Code upgrades (ice & water shield, ventilation) omitted
- Interior damage not included in the scope
Our claim process
Free inspection
We inspect your roof for storm damage and document everything with photos and drone.
Claim guidance
We help you file the claim with your carrier and prepare you for what to expect.
Adjuster meeting
We meet your adjuster on the roof and walk them through every documented damage point.
Full completion
We negotiate the scope, complete the work, and handle final invoicing with your carrier.
A fair claim, fully paid
Handled correctly, most storm-damage claims result in a full roof replacement paid by your carrier, minus your deductible.
- Damage properly documented and recognized
- Full scope negotiated with your carrier
- Code upgrades included where required
- Most customers pay only their deductible
- Work completed with new manufacturer + workmanship warranty
Claim work pricing
Approved claims typically result in the customer paying only their deductible. There's no separate charge for our claim assistance — it's part of doing the work.
Your carrier pays the balance based on the approved scope.
No charge for the initial inspection or claim filing help.
For denied or seriously underpaid claims that need appeal.
We're licensed contractors, not public adjusters. We advocate for a fair scope but don't negotiate directly on your behalf. We refer to licensed public adjusters when appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you file the claim for me?
You file the claim with your carrier — only the policyholder can — but we guide you through it and provide all the damage documentation your carrier will need.
Will you meet the adjuster?
Always. This is the single most important step in getting a fair claim approved.
What if my claim is denied?
We can request re-inspection with more thorough documentation, or refer you to a licensed public adjuster who can appeal on your behalf.
Will filing a claim raise my premium?
Weather-related claims typically don't affect premiums the way at-fault claims do — but check with your agent.
What's ACV vs RCV?
ACV (actual cash value) pays depreciated value. RCV (replacement cost value) pays full replacement after work is complete. RCV is what you want. We help make sure you get the full RCV your policy entitles you to.
